Using tried and tested methods

Over the years I have done many experiments on what works and what doesn't in terms of pursuing different endeavours. This is particularly true for me and my journey of growth both personally and professionally. This was how I got to realising that the best thing for me to do when it came to business and getting my products out into the world was to go digital and put in all online. I got to this point after going to gift fairs and flea markets and coming to thew conclusion that I could get quite a decent price for my products and my clients pay my prices, this is completely different from flea markets where the people want the stuff at as low a price as possible and my product in terms of the work that I have put in over the years is worth so much more. The journey of going digital, especially over the last year has taught me so much about myself and given me a huge confidence boost, the biggest I have ever had.

Being as technologically savvy as I am, this was definitely the best choice I have made. I know my way around a computer and the various channels and pick up on things very fast with regard to how things work. It has been fairly easy and now it just gets better and better because it dawned on me the other night that this could very easily work in my favour and make all my dreams come true very fast.

That process has already begun and with us being just hours away from going into level 4 of lockdown in South Africa, this was the best time for that little epiphany. The results are already starting to gradually show and I am very excited to see it bear the fruit that I know it will. One thing that will definitely increase my presence is that this time tomorrow, I will also be on Twitter I will give you the handle over the weekend. I know it is going to be worth my while because it is one of the best platforms in terms of growing a business brand like mine. I have very small competition in terms of my type and style of product. I am one of only four businesses on Facebook alone and am second in terms of the group positions.

Now, for the moment, let us proceed to the usual story of #ootd over the last 48 hours, starting with yesterday:

So, we are fast approaching winter, and it is really starting to show with the weather. The last 2 days have been very chilly. Here is yesterday, with the mist and all:

The upside compared to yesterday was that the sun came out. Still very cold though, even now as I type this.

So, at midnight tomorrow, we get into level 4 of lockdown which is nice because we get to at least go outside and prepare for the new season. I will be so glad to be able to go for a walk on Friday morning, it's only between certain hours but I can do it. I have waited for what feels like forever to go outside because the cabin fever is setting in, luckily it has only been for a few days and I can show you over the weekend how things are looking outside, I am so excited.

Knowing my way around the online social world is having a huge positive impact on everything for me. I am so glad that I am doing things this way and it will work in my favour long term. This is a method that I chose to test and it gave me the results that I wanted.

I am so happy with the progress I have made.
