Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping is optional and will be done via courier at a flat rate if delivery is local. International courier costs will be according to the package weight. No goods will be released or delivered until paid for in full. Delivery is done within 2-4 working days from date of postage.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be done at my discretion. Due to the customised nature of my work. It will be a very strict decision. So generally there are no refunds but you are welcome to exchange the item for anything of the same value. If you cannot find anything else to replace your purchase then a refund will be done, the refund will take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account
