Customer Care
Unless requested, all items can be collected from us in person or will be couriered at a flat rate if shipping is done locally but if international, shipping will be charged according to the weight of the package. Locally shipped items take between 2-4 working days from date of postage.
When requesting shipping please provide a contact number and nearest courier branch so that you can be notified when your package has been delivered for you to collect.
Privacy & Safety
When your order is placed, please note that if requesting courier the order must be paid for in full with courier costs so that the delivery can be made timeously. I don't like to keep my customers waiting nor do I want to be kept waiting. I take my business seriously and the job is done properly.
If collecting in person, you can either pay in cash or you can make an electronic payment into my account. Please send proof of payment to me via text message. All the details have been provided for this under the manual payment option.
Bulk orders
In the case of bulk orders please take note that a 50% deposit will need to be paid upfront in order for supplies to be sourced depending on the size of the order. Also please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be filled and completed.
The balance for the order must be paid prior to collection or the order will not be released until such payment has been received.
