Hello everyone. It's been far too long since I last wrote anything.
Now this may seem a bit arbitrary for a title but I will explain further in a moment. Like many people, I have also been affected to some degree by the pandemic and lockdown. It hit me more on a mental level than anything else, there were times when I just felt like I had no energy and didn't want to do anything. I've literally had to pull myself out of some dark holes. I'm still here so I must have gotten something right about it.
One of the big things that I learned was not to give up and change things around if you have to. I even went and gave the website a fresh look and feel. You can check it out at www.sellickhr.wixsite.com/blaze-designs and tell me what you think. I'm very proud of it and it took me awhile to get it done because of the mental space I was in. Despite everything I kept going because before all of this happened I was doing so much that I suffered burnout at one point and had no energy for everything.
So, lesson #1, don't try to do everything at once. Take it one step at a time. I'm running a sole enterprise and do everything myself and sometimes it can be extremely overwhelming. So, if you need to take a break from everything do it. There is no harm in it. I had to take a couple of extended breaks during these recent months because of the strain it took.
Lesson #2, switch things up. This has been a time when the same thing that may have worked for you before and stopped working now needs some adjustment. Maybe you need to change an angle on a photo or change a caption in a post but don't always use the same ones once they lose their efficacy. I had to do it a few times.
Lesson #3, get a support group to help boost your reach. It will get you to a point where you can rebuild and keep going. I even joined one that was started to increase numbers and it did help.
Lesson #4, always keep moving forward. Don't make excuses for not having time for something, make the time but never give up. This pandemic hit us all really hard and for those that kept going, I'm.proud of you and I stand with you.
These were just a few lessons learned during this time.

It took me many years to get to the point where I am right now. I have learned many lessons and there might be many more that i may have to learn and when the time comes, i will be ready because i am always ready to learn new things to not only grow as a person but in business and life.

This is one of the new pieces for the christmas range. I just launched. That is another thing that I did. I have been creating practically throughout. I have launched two ranges in two months.
Another lesson which I should mention is, find a source of inspiration that will keep you going and believing. This is mine.

Nature inspires me everyday and not just in business but in life as well. Life changes everyday and you need to adjust the sails to keep moving in the right direction. It also teaches us that we will bounce back from difficult times.
These are very important things that I have told you now. Remember them and incorporate them into your life.
Have a wonderful day and I will see you all soon.
Happy Wednesday.
Thank you. Learned the hard way too especially during all the stressful times.
Perfect lessons 👌😊
