Hey everyone. It's been too long.

So, this might sound a bit strange to alot of people because it means interacting with people that you barely know. It can, however, work in your favour.

I say this because from personal experience, it can help you to be a better person in all areas of your life. Makes no difference if they are personal or professional. At some point in our lives, we face difficulty and adversity and the only way we can overcome these stumbling blocks in our lives is by reaching out to someone who is a professional in that area.

So, how do you find these people? Well, networking is one of them, get to know different kinds of people and what they do and remember them.

I hear some of you asking, well how does this increase productivity? The answer to that is, we are not all superhuman and indestructible, we are going to come across issues in certain areas be they personal or professional. By networking and getting out into the world, you get to know people who can give you advice and teach you various methods to help you sort out the crap in your life. Majority are mental and emotional blockages which generally hold us back for years and we don't realise our full potential in order to become more productive. Not busy, productive, dont confuse the two. They are not the same thing.

Busy entails having 101 things to in one day and trying to get them all done in a short space of time. Productive entails planning out what is more important than other things and getting them done in such a way to give you more time for a life. Busy, does not allow for that, not in the way we think it does.

I speak from experience, I used to think that when I had a busy schedule it was a productive day, I learned the hard way by suffering burnout and being exhausted to the point where I was crying from being so stressed out.

Having a good support network helps you to get more organized so that you are not collapsing from burnout. Have a system in place that still allows you to do more of the things you want to do. It is possible if you learn the right techniques.

I've learned a few which have helped so much. As a result I even sleep better at night knowing that I will have a better day the next day and from that day forward because I learned how to leverage my time so that I don't feel like I want to fall apart.

This face is the face of someone who, after enduring years upon years of crap and stress, not self inflicted, caused by people around who constantly wanted things done their way and it was only benefitting them, I gained nothing from it. I had to walk away, I had no choice by that point and during this lockdown period, I have needed some serious help in some places. Thankfully I got the answers and the techniques necessary to be able to be on the road to ending a disastrous year, worldwide, on a high. Everyone's worlds got flipped on its head and because I made a promise to myself that I was going to get stuff done, it has turned out quite fruitful and I will end 2020 on a high like I wanted to.

I have always known that there were ways to get things done and by getting into the right places and getting to know the right people, I have been able to do that.

It is possible to become more productive through networking. I am living proof.

So, until the next one.

I'll see you all real soon.
