Online birthday month

Where has the time gone. The 31st of May will be exactly one year since the online store/website went live. It feels like yesterday since I hit publish. Well, I am really excited about it because I am so proud of what I have put out there. It took me just under three months and alot of marketing and promotion while it was still under construction but as a result of that, I had immediate online traffic. So I will be putting out more details over the next few days about what specials will be running and as always it will cover the whole range of products.

I am still in shock that this has gone by so quickly, maybe it is because I have done so much with regards to it and kept busy with everything that it has come around so quickly. This is definitely proof that putting myself online was the best decision I have ever made when it comes to business. So in the last year, since launch, I have added LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr and now Twitter to the mix to spread the word about all that I have to offer. It all started with a Facebook page and has now come to this. Everything is self done, no one has done any of the work on the site for me. I am so proud of everything as I have said, I chose to do it myself because I am rather fussy about how I wanted everything to look and it has turned out better than even I expected.

So, we will return to discussing the birthday month in a little while but first, we need to deal with the regular business of #ootd for the past 48 hours, so here goes with yesterday's look:

Now, here in the southern hemisphere we are heading into winter so the current situation in the world could do some damage. However, it has been so beautiful, these last couple of days, that I have to show you because today I got to breathe that lovely clean air in, First, let's show you yesterday:

Definitely worth sitting in isolation for five weeks. So nice to be able to breathe in the clean air and take that in. It is the clearest it has ever been and I have lived in this city my whole life.

So, back to what I was saying. To celebrate the birthday of the store, we will obviously have some specials running and will be honouring the journey to this point. It has been a whirlwind of a ride and well worth it. I have come so far and achieved so much with my business online and it is just getting started so let's get ready for a huge celebration and take this all to the next level and i am going to do it in a big way.
