Keeping your customers happy

When you are somebody who provides a specific service it is important to remember that they need to be completely satisfied with your work and that all their requirements are met. Well, I seemed to have achieved that yet again this weekend when a client reached out to me to make them a necklace that they wanted to wear to a music festival this year.

So they gave me their request and offered to supply the main part (in this case, rubber ducks, yes, the bath toys). I quoted the client for construction and the quote was accepted straight away. The parts were brought to me the other day and I put it together the same night and the client collected yesterday. They were grinning from ear to ear at the outcome of the piece.

They were so happy that they agreed to their word upon accepting the quote that they would do some promotions at the festival in order to get me more work of that kind. I am so excited for what the future holds for Blaze Designs. Here is to a very bright future for this brand.
