Countdown to freedom.

I know that sounds really strange because as much as I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to stay at home and sort out all the things that I have been putting off. I will still be so glad when the next 9 days are done and dusted because I have really missed being in the outdoors and being able to go for my runs and walks in the mornings. I have really missed my friends and my family especially my mom who has been unable to come and visit me whenever she felt like it. I miss my grandmother too as I have not seen her for two weeks now. Last time I saw her was on my birthday the 25th of March.

The upside is that things look and feel so much better in the world, the skies are so much clearer and it has been a blessing to hear the birds talking to one another and hearing their beautiful songs and watching mother nature heal and have a break from all the unnecessary turmoil in the world. She has had a chance to really heal properly. Now there is a full moon tonight that reaches its maximum in the early hours of tomorrow morning and I managed to get a picture of it, usually it is accompanied by a massive fire created by my own hands every month but since we are in lockdown, that is not happening tonight.

Is that not absolutely magnificent. I knew when I saw her that I just had to get a picture of her. She is stunning.
